Asekho Dlepu is an admitted attorney with a focused practice in business rescue, liquidations, insolvency law, commercial litigation, and general litigation. She built this specialisation early, completing her articles at Cox Yeats Attorneys in Sandton, where she worked alongside leading insolvency and restructuring practitioners on significant business rescue, liquidation, sequestration, and commercial litigation matters.
Since then, Asekho has remained closely involved in business rescue proceedings, insolvency litigation, and general and commercial disputes, including alternative dispute resolution. Her experience spans the preparation of High Court applications, legal opinions, and insolvency investigations, together with the drafting and management of complex litigation matters from inception through to final determination. Asekho combines strong legal research capabilities with commercial awareness and strategic thinking, and her approach is characterised by meticulous preparation and a commitment to delivering practical legal solutions.

Mapudi Rapudi is an admitted attorney with a focused practice in commercial litigation, general litigation, business rescue, restructuring, and insolvency law. Since his admission in September 2024, he has developed significant experience across both the Lower and Superior Courts of South Africa, including appellate proceedings before the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, and Constitutional Court. He also has extensive experience in criminal law, including bail appeals.
Mapudi is actively involved in high-value commercial disputes, business rescue proceedings, labour disputes, and complex multi-party litigation, including business rescue proceedings involving major bus operating companies in Gauteng and the North West Province. In addition to his legal expertise, he brings substantial commercial experience having served as a director and executive in various private enterprises since 2017, enabling him to provide advice that is both technically sound and commercially informed.
